Cancellation Policy

At Lavish Luxe, your time and ours are valuable. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and respect everyone’s schedules, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, please note that your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened.

Clients who frequently cancel last minute or no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments or may no longer be accepted as a client.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to be understanding and flexible. We appreciate your cooperation and support in helping our business run smoothly.

Guest Policy

To ensure a calm, safe, and focused environment for both clients and stylists, we kindly ask that you follow our guest policy during your visit.

Limited Seating: Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless necessary for transportation.

One Guest Maximum: If you must bring someone with you, please limit it to one guest.

Children: for safety reasons, children are only permitted if they have a scheduled appointment. otherwise, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your visit.

This policy helps us maintain a peaceful and professional atmosphere for everyone in the salon.

Confirmation: Please be sure to double check your appointment date and time when booking or receiving email reminders. It is important that you arrive on the correct day and at the correct time to avoid any confliction and missed or late appointments.

Early Arrival

To ensure the best experience for all clients and to keep the schedule running smoothly, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines when arriving early to your appointment.

  • Please arrive no more than five minutes early.

  • avoid arriving 10-15 minutes early, as the space may not be ready, and I may still be with another client.

  • If you happen to arrive early, you are welcome to wait in your car or in the designated waiting area if the space has not reached its limited seating capacity.

This helps maintain a relaxing, private experience for everyone.
